We had a wonderful experience with our tour which was guided by Mark. Mark did a wonderful job walking our group safely around the city. I loved how Mark opened the tour with a story about his father and ended the tour with a story about his father. That story was very interesting and touching. Thank you very much Mark!

Good guide and actor. He was well spoken and personable. The tour lacked substance, low / no history, only passing reference to hauntings. Really just a dud of a tour.

Lots of walking without waiting on group. Not logical progression of sites, nothing to see I can't see myself. No water to buy at store. Blurry pictures of moving light are not ghosts

Our tour guide was exceptional! There are a lot of ghost tours in Charleston and we were so glad we went through this company. Our guide was a great presenter, informative, and adapted well to our group! We also bought the book of the ghost stories from the book store and can’t wait to read it.
