A:Once you're in the air, the boat travels a distance of three miles, which has a duration of 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the wind speed.

A:The maximum height of our parasail is between 80 and 90 meters, depending on the weight supported during the flight.

Q:What is the maximum weight that the parasail supports?

A:The parasail can accommodate up to 180 kg (396 lbs) maximum, regardless of the number of people participating in the same flight (maximum 3). There is no minimum weight however, you must be big enough for the harness to fit correctly in order to fly.

Q:How many people can fly at the same time while parasailing?

A:Our parasail allows flights for 1, 2 or 3 people, as long as the total weight does not exceed 180 kg (396 lbs).

Q:Can I bring my camera for parasailing?

A:Yes, you can. We have no restrictions on cameras or video devices, however, we are not responsible for damage or loss. If you want to have the best memories of your parasailing in Cancun, we offer a package of photos and video at an additional cost.

Q:What happens if there is bad weather for my reserved time to parasail?

A:If there is rain or if the wind speed exceeds 30 km/h, you will not be able to fly. If this happens you can reschedule your flight without charge or request a full refund.

Had a great experience doing the parasailing and jetsking

I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to have fun! I did the parasailing and jetsking! Everything was organized and it was a great experience.

They changed our time from noon to 0700 which required us to be downstairs at 0550 that wasn’t a problem because we really wanted to go parasailing. We arrived to the lobby at 0530 and waited. I text them at 0600 no reply. We waited until 0730 in the lobby, I didn’t hear anything from them so I contacted viator directly to ask for a refund that’s when the company replied. They said the driver came and left a voucher with Daniel. I went to the front asked for the manager who informed me he had no Daniel working the front. I informed the company and they have yet to reply. I am currently fighting for a refund and I am not the only one.

Bad pick up but good tour

We were the 1st tour of the day so it was just us. Parasailing was 1st. Went out on little boat, harnessed up & enjoyed the parasailing. It is nowhere as scary as some might think. Very enjoyable & peaceful experience. They brought the jet skis to us & we continued the fun. Took a minute to get used to the gears but lots of fun. My only complaint is the tour pick up spot was the literally the side of the road at 5am. Drop off was also the side of the road. That was NOT cool. They refused get us at Riu Palace so don’t book this tour with them if you are too far out.

Horrible experience. Advise not to use this service. We didn’t receive notification of pick up time until after they left morning of pick up. We had referenced the Viator app pick up time for this excursion 9:00am which was the only pick time we received. The morning of this excursion we receive an email about 5 mins before the driver left. In this email was a link stating the pick up time was 7:45am and requested a confirmation for pickup. We didn’t confirm this time since we didn’t see this information. Company is refusing to give us a refund even though we didn’t receive the correct time for pick up and we were down in the lobby well before the stated time according to the Viator App. Why would we not show up for a service we paid for. We were soo excited for this excursion.

We regret this, for our part we only have Viator's means of notification, which is to write the confirmation of the pick up through its system and this reaches the clients directly. For our no shows we always offer the option of rescheduling the services since what What matters to us is that the client takes the service and leaves the destination as pleased as possible. I took my 22 and 11 yr old daughters to parasail and jet ski and we had a great time! It was just a bit short. You get 30 minutes on the jet ski and 10 minutes on the parasail. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it had been a bit longer. But overall we were treated great and had a blast!!

Fun & Accommodating Experience

This combo tour was very fun they picked us up at our resort. My bestie didn’t like driving the jet ski so they ended up taking us for a drive which was fun!!! Parasailing was so beautiful and relaxing!

We will reschedule multiple times every time they make the reservation earlier so it’s not doable. Eventually nobody showed up and I’m fighting for my refund.

Stay away There Are SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE. They don't give you a specific time here on Viator then when you get there They will try to shorten your time as much as possible. We paid $220 USD FOR A 10 MINUTE parasail and a 10 minute jet ski ride. Viator is just as guilty as they will send you a calender invite from 9am-2:30pm knowing it's a only a 30 minute activity. HUGE SCAM

Good time

We had a good time. I thought the parasailing would be terrifying but it wasn't. It was very relaxing looking at that beautiful view. My favorite was the jet skiing. I had such a good time. I could have stayed for hours. The van was ready to take us back right away. No waiting. The bathroom was clean. Tip...They have lockers but no wristband for the key. Bring something to hold the locker key.

Not worth the money we paid.

The experience was nice very nice. The men and woman taking photos who assisted us with parasailing we’re very nice! BUT we paid WAY TOO MUCH money for our time to be cut short. Especially on the jet skis we did not get a full 20 minutes let alone the 30 we were supposed to get. I was highly upset and the man actually admitted that we didn’t get our full time and tried to act like it was about to storm but it didn’t storm until 30 minutes later. When we said something about it (immediately after they took us off) and wanted a refund he GOT MAD AT US FOR REALIZING OUR TIME WAS TOO SHORT & tried to put us back on the jet skis, I refused because they should have never cut our time over 10 minutes. My jet ski also had a warning light blinking and I went back to let them know I was scared about it & one of the guys yelled at me and told me to “go play” because I was concerned about my safety. I loved the experience but the employees were unfair and sneaky. They tried to really GRINGO US! (Rip us off because we’re not Hispanic)

It's a MUST

From the start of getting picked up until the end of our excursion was amazing! We had the BEST driver, he was on time, very fun, very nice. I believe his name was Aaron or Erin. We were the first to be picked up, we went to the next hotel and my husband and I are fairly patient. The driver was only suppose to wait 5-7 minutes for the next group of people but we ended up waiting 20 minutes to see if they would come. It was nice to know that the driver really didn't want that group to miss out because there is no refund. Be 5-10 minutes early! Don't be late, because I don't know if other drivers are as nice as ours was. When we arrived, the para sailing and jet skis were great! Others complained that it was too short, I think that it was perfect. The only complaint I have is that we didn't have a big area to ride the jet skis but it was still fun and very memorable. Lastly, make sure you bring patience and smiles. We had to wait sometime to be taken back to our hotel. Overall, it was amazing!

Good, but not great

Overall, the excursion was good. The parasailing was the best thing I have ever done. Very professional crew, very knowledgeable. The jet skiing was good, there were four of us in our party, so the area where we were able to ski was pretty small. We spent 30 mins going back and forth...and 30 second run each way. The transportation was a disaster...they were late coming to get us (30 mins) and we waited for almost an hour after we finished to get on the bus to go back to our hotel. I feel like overall, it was a bit expensive for what we got.

Left at the resort

We waited up to 30 minutes in front of the resort waiting for a pickup without any response from the company. We attempted to call the number provided where it failed in the middle of it and our concierge searched and confirmed that there was never a vehicle arrival to pick us up. We are truly disappointed and want a refund

Fun but short

Great experience and great staff, only downfall is the jet skiing and parasailing activities are too short. We were only allowed to jet ski for approximately 20 minutes and parasailed for 15 minutes. We were done by 10am and headed back to resort.
