I had a blast with Cancun Sailing! My boyfriend and I were hosted/guided by Rena and we were on the Aleta boat. The entire boat staff amazing job keeping everyone on the boat happy (especially with the open bar) and comfortable. Isla Mujeres is beautiful and you have more than enough time to explore, eat at the included buffet and relax on the island. Free tequila tasting is included on the island and discounted jewelry. I will definitely be returning if back in Cancun!

The entire experience was great! Got picked up right on time, the boat was a really nice size and not to many people aboard. We saw some amazing things snorkeling and spent time on the island. The bartender in the boat didn’t let any cup go empty and after a bit everyone was just in a group hanging out. 10/10

Let's see. For one I was told that (we would highly recommend that you don't snorkel because I was out of shape and on the heavy side). No where on the website did it mention anything about weight or not being able to snorkel if you were heavy set. I am 6 feet and I weigh 280 pounds and I work out four days a week at Planet Fitness. Furthermore it said there would be 30 minutes of snorkeling and my friends who were allowed to snorkel were upset because it only lasted about 15 to 20 minutes max. The buffet that we were taken to had bad food but the beach was beautiful. The island of Isla Mujures is nothing but a tourist trap. Every five seconds someone is trying to sell you something. There were even tip jars in the restrooms taped to the toilets. The whole excursion was terrible other than the beach and this is one that is worth skipping.

Fun but crowded. Crew was awesome.

The snorkeling experience was a lot of fun. I can say that the place is super busy, they must be running 5-8 catamarans at the same time so coordination was a bit confusing. Be prepared to WAIT for your ride back to the hotel. You are tired, hot, and it was a bit annoying trying to figure out what vehicle you were assigned to. Do expect that they probably have agreements with with places where you are dropped off on the Isla to sell you items from their “family” members.

Slightly disappointing trip all in. Paid quite a lot of money the majority of which we spent travelling and on the way home a bus full of youngsters playing loud music and throwing up it was awful. The catamaran trip was the best part and the crew were fab. The lunch was only just edible and the island was so full of tourists and vendors it was not pleasent

Amazing trip, snorkelling, beach club on Isla Mujeres then headed to the other side of the island for more free time.. plenty of time on the island and even rented a golf buggy for 1 hour.. the staff on the boat were amazing and very entertaining! They kept the drinks flowing can’t complain!

Great boat and crew, prepare not to eat lunch

The boat, staff and drinks were great! We did not go snorkeling but it looked fun. Also the photos the professional photographer took came out so nice and we did purchase. We did not enjoy the stop for food- the options were terrible and the ambiance was so unappealing. It looked like the cafeteria of an old abandoned sleep away camp, like in the movies. And then the stop at isla Mujeres was nice but it was SUPER crowded in the beach. We had gone to a beach in Islas Mujeres the day before and did not experience it. Overall, we did have a nice time and enjoyable experience on the boat and with the crew. But we barely ate any lunch, and the beach was not impressive experience for us. I think they would benefit for changing the stop for lunch and choosing a more calm beach.

Amazing excursion, transportation is hit or miss

Transportation to the port was punctual and driver was polite. Other couple in the van and there was AC. The excursion itself was amazing. Isla Mujeres has unparalleled beaches, blue turquoise water and lots of shallow water to swim in. There are alot of waves from boats docks so swim away from the dock. Transport back to our hotel was disappointing. The driver was not friendly or polite. A bigger van packed with other couples and families. In addition, we had to wait for him while he went to buy cigarettes and take a smoke. Felt cramped. The air quality in the van back was poor because the driver had the van idling with the other transport vehicles with the door wide open. Then smoked right before coming in. I felt light headed. He did not announce his name or which stops were coming up. So we are sitting there clueless. It was quiet and awkward in the van.

Staff was fun but we only spent 20 minutes snorkeling. We then had a good buffet lunch at a restaurant in Isla mujeres but then was dropped of at the commercial part of the island for "free time". The trip advertised that we were only going to be on the island for free time for 1.5 hours which unfortunately turned into 3 hours of doing not much on the island. My sister and I didn't feel comfortable walking unescorted through the island and felt like it was a waste of time....

Loved the beach and the water beautiful views and the service was good on the boat. Two other couples were on our bus ride and it was a very pleasant and memorable experience sharing it with them felt like we been knew them forever lol. The drinks were weak but I guess it was ok cause no one was overly drunk or sick. The lunch was tacos which were pretty ok , service there was pleasant as well.

Great time! Professional photographer on board gave everyone a photoshoot which was really special! Open bar was only for those not doing the snorkelling activity, but they could have it after which was a very safe precaution. Beers were brought to us while we relaxed, great service. The guys running this excursion were very knowledgable and helpful!

The catamaran experience was awesome. Everyone was engaged and determined to help us have a great time! The only downfall was when we got to the island. DO NOT buy from the tequila tasting across from the restaurant. They overcharged us and when we request a refund they said no refunds due to us using a card to pay! Instead, he offered more shots of tequila!

I didn’t get to experience anything because I was dropped and stranded at the wrong location and had to find my way back to my resort that was 2 hours away
