I was on the 7 hour tour yesterday with my partner and another couple. We all agreed that it was the highlight of our vacation! The crew was amazing and provided the highest level of care. They took us to all of the best spots and provided very helpful recommendations. Snorkeling was a very great addition to our day as we were able to see many different types of fish. The entire crew really took care of us and made it an unforgettable experience. Miguel, Albert, and Pablo- thank you for everything!

Our small group of just 2 couples had the best time out on the water. The crew is fantastic, thank you for providing A+ hospitality. The weather was pretty windy so we didn't snorkel and just enjoyed a swim instead. We visited Isla Mujeres briefly and it's a very fun island, I could see spending a full day there but we preferred to spend most of our time on the boat. The drinks were great and endless. We had our music playing and just being out on the water and appreciating the views and the company made for a spectacular afternoon we won't forget.

Simply WOW! This was an amazing experience, it felt like a dream. Everything about it was perfect. It was just me, my boyfriend, our amazing guides Fernando and his boat partner (I believe his name was Mikey). They made this a very, very enjoyable catamarán ride to Isla Mujeres for me and my boyfriend. Book it, you won’t regret it, just don’t forget to wear sunblock!

The staff was amazing! We stopped near the island to swim and they would bring the drinks right out to you in the water. They allowed us to play whatever music we wanted on a Bluetooth speaker and we’re very friendly. Only minor complaint is the drinks were not very good and we’re not strong.

Catalina Sailings provided excellent service for my families private catamaran tour. The email communication prior to the excursion was timely and informative. I was able to arrange transportation to and from our hotel(for an additional fee), order extra snacks on board(also an additional fee) and gain all the knowledge I needed for the day. Our transportation arrived on time and safely delivered us to the dock. We were able to check in after a short wait and Fernando and Willie took great care of us during our excursion. Fernando customized our day based on our family needs and the ocean conditions. It was extremely windy and choppy on the ocean so he recommended a side on the north side of isla mujeres for the kids to jump in and swim. We then sailed over to the downtown area and had lunch on the beach. After that we got back on the catamaran and sailed back to Cancun. Overall it was a great day! Fernando and Willie are an excellent team and I would highly recommend this experience!

We had an amazing time on this excursion. The water was gorgeous, the drinks were flowing, and the memories made will last forever. Leo and the crew were the absolute best....so friendly, fun, answered questions, very helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely do this trip again and highly recommend it to others.
