Mercado 28
Situated in downtown Cancún, Mercado 28 is one of the city’s largest open-air handicraft markets. Here, you can pick up souvenirs, jewelry, tequila, pottery, and more. Mercado 28 is overwhelming but well worth an hour of exploration; market tours orient you and allow you to overcome the language barrier in order to secure a bargain.
Luxury Avenue

You’ll find a good mix of department stores, clothing brands, souvenir shops, and waterfront restaurants, and even an aquarium.
