Aldo and Angel were great guides me and my girls have the most amazing time! We enjoyed the food and drinks. Loved going to each location perfect end to the night with some churros! Would deffo recommend this tour to anyone wanted to see different parts of Cancun with food!

Had an amazing time with this company!! All the staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I want to shout out Carlos the tour guide who was amazing. We got to see manta rays, sea turtles, the coral reef and some of the Underwater Museum statues. If you want have fun in Cancun, I highly recommend this jungle tour.

We took a quick trip to Cancun. Decided to include this excursion. Marlon and his guys were fantastic.! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to add fun with a variety of activities.

The best "guided" snorkeling experience. Beats the prior guided snorkeling experience we had in Cancun. Lots of fish to see Boat ride was too much fun for everyone LOL. As always, staff are great My family really enjoyed it.

Emanuel and Jose gave us one of the best experience in Cancun. It was one of the most fun tour I've ever taken. It was a great combination of water activities and historical information. Amazing!

It was most informative and interesting. The guides were awesome! The places we visited were wonderful. I have been coming to Cancun for 20 years and the places we visited were places I had never seen. Always great to see new places.

The tour buses and touring the city of Cancun was a mazing. We had burger for lunch at the burger restaurant the food was delicious even though the staff did not know English the service was super The first stop at the craft market the people were very friendly and accommodate. This is my second time in Mexico I love it the service was excellent

Was taken to one of the most beautiful places to visit in Cancun, Tulum beautiful beach, Mayan ruins and a great history lesson followed by a swim in an amazing Cenote. The tour guide Esther was the best made the trip fun yet educational teaching us the history of the Mayans. Would definitely recommend this trip with #amigotours.

The finest private we could ever get, easily passing excellence. This is a small business, not some tour where you are just a ticket calling 1-800 numbers. Saul and Luis were in control, always looking for ways to make your time with them better. And clearly they care about the local communities. Easy contact before to vary a couple of details. Very friendly and funny. As for this particular trip - Coba is great to see - real sense of history and does not feel like the big toursit Chichen Itza site. Perfect alternative and without the crowds and groups of 20 all over the place. You get to see a large site that is barely developed so you can see how the city was, but also how the jungle has taken over (need to rent bike or pay for a bike guy to drive you - or you can walk about a mile). Then the jungle part was fun with the short canoe and zip lines. But, the HIGHLIGT of the trip was repelling into this beautiful Cenote, again with no crowds. (Actually, we were the only ones there - but I doubt it is ever crowed.) You drop in by rope through a hole in the roof (scary to look at it, easy enough to drop in). Then take your time floating in a tube - magical. One of the most spectacular things we have even seen. Note, doing these tours privately lets you do this at whatever pace you want. Drive was comfortable and if you want to do it, then it is unavoidable 2 hour drive from Cancun, as all the sites are. Lunch was good and authentic.

Despite the early start (which was totally worth it) this was a great day trip. We were picked up from our hotel in Tulum, which we had no issues with. The van arrived exactly on time, then transferred onto a coach bus which was comfy and air conditioned. Unfortunately the van/bus have to meet in Cancun, which made the drive so long. The trip for us was 14 hours long when the advertisement says 11! We met Marco on the bus, our guide for this whole trip. He had a great humour throughout and made the trip very interesting. His english was great so we understood everything. He gave nice tips for pictures and he even took fun pictures for us! He was letting us know throughout where we were and how soon things were going to be happening. After chichen itza we made our way to a cenote, a 25min drive. Our guide let us explore the gift shop while he was getting tickets. At this cenote, the wristband ticket gave access to swim in the cenote and eat at the buffet. Fair warning your stomach may be upset for a few days, but otherwise average food. The time in the cenote was enough but it was rushed to include lunch as well. There was also no tequilla tasting as advertised! Overall it was a great experience, definitely recommend this service for the price to go see chichen itza. The early start is 100% worth it to beat the crowds since we got there at open time and could see hoards arriving as we left.

All-in-all this was a great excursion. The guide Juan "Juam" was quite entertaining and the driver Fernando was great as well. Juan explained the historic and cultural backgrounds of the places we were going to see before we got there. He also pointed out and told the story of specific locations at Chichen Itza. This is a loooong excursion. People in Cancun started at 8. We started at 9 from Playa del Carmen. We were back around 9 PM. The people in Cancun still had an hour to go. Keep that in mind and plan accordingly. We barely passed by Valladolid. I would have liked to hang out there a bit instead of the subpar coffee break at a probably "partner" establishment to the tour. It felt like wasted time. Even at that "artisan" shop, do not buy anything for full price. You can find the same stuff (obsidian or cheap stuff or hand-made stuff) at Chichen Itza and you can bargain more there. Chichen Itza was great. We had one hour guided tour and one hour free, which felt enough. Lunch: The food at lunch was quite good. Cenote: The life jacket you have to rent, but it wasn't much. We didn't get a locker. Just take your bag to the lower dock with you. If the guy says you have to leave it on the upper dock, wait until he is not looking. Other people took their stuff before us, so I did as well. The swim in the Cenote was amazing. It was not a crowded cenote, but it definitely wasn't a subpar one. Suggestions: 1- It would have been nice for the tour to provide a cooler with water and soft drinks for the road, instead of us relying on small insulated containers for water. 2- Include the Chichen Itza fee in the tour price (even if it is raised). You have to pay 36.5 USD each (fee + card processing fee, as they don't allow cash payment for some reason) 3- Include at least soft drinks and water in the lunch buffet. People can pay extra for beer and alcohol if they want. 4- Either make the coffee break decent (it felt way too cheap, just to make us stop at that affiliate marketplace) or replace it with a coffee stop in Valladolid so we can see the church at least.

A well worth while excursion while staying in Cancun or the Mayan Riveria. Definitely less touristy than visiting Chichen Itza or Tulum. The top activities were descending the Cenote Maya & being able to climb the Mayan ruins at Ek Balam. The Mayan Ceremony before going into the cenote was cool as well. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a more intimate experience visiting the Mayan culture, nature & history.

Highly recommend this tour with cancun bay tours. Victor was our guide and he was so entertaining. Bursting with passion and knowledge on the mayan culture and traditions he made this whole excursion worth every penny along with his colleaugues and the driver of course. Thank you for providing us with such knowledge on this subject. Highly recommend. Only downfall is take water with you. The day was so hot and we were advised the drinks were too warm to have on the way so we were waterless until lunch. The whole day is worth every penny. However they were unlimited on the way back 😄 as they managed to source a cooler box.

This was the BEST tour! Our guide Gabi was amazing! Gabi was a fantastic tour guide, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver through the jungle! If you love water and adventure then book this trip, you will not be disappointed. We visited 5 cenotes, each clean and well kept, and had restrooms/changing rooms. We had so much fun zip lining, snorkeling, kayaking, rappelling, water sliding, and cliff jumping. This is trip is very well organized. We never had to stand in any lines. All of the cenotes were beautiful and unique. All of the employees were super helpful and encouraging. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating at each cenote. We absolutely loved this cenote hopping experience! Each cenote offering a different natural unique physical challenge to access the water. One of the best adventure activities we have ever done. Highly recommend the tour and Gabi! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cancun or Playa del Carmen. What an amazing experience!

My husband and I had a very smooth, safe experience with the staff of Excellence Transfers. I especially want to thank Rosie who helped us with every part of our trip between Cancun airport and our hotel in Playa del Carmen. I mistakenly booked the wrong private transfer from Cancun airport to the Cancun hotel zone, when we needed to go to the Playa del Carmen hotel zone. Rosie caught my error and helped fix it. We were exhausted when we arrived after a red-eye flight from Tijuana to Cancun - our driver met us promptly and drove us directly to our hotel in Playa del Carmen. When it was time to return home five days later, our return trip to the airport was confirmed and we had a safe, easy trip. Our driver let us include a couple friends who needed a ride to the airport, since their flight had been delayed and they had not pre-reserved transportation from the hotel. The prices were very reasonable, compared with the expensive transportation we could've reserved through our hotel. Overall, everyone who helped us at Excellence Transfers was professional, friendly, reliable, safe, and courteous. They all spoke English fluently. I would definitely book with them again on our next trip to Cancun/Playa del Carmen. Excelente!

Our tour guide Axel was great! He was very knowledgeable about the local ecology and wildlife. He also face recommendations on other worthwhile things to do in Cancun. The kayaking was a good workout but nothing too strenuous. Paddling through the mangroves was a lot of fun. The small beach we stopped on was beautiful! We saw lots of fish, birds including some eagles, crabs and a big termites nest.

OK it's my wife's 30th birthday and she wanted to go to a cenote so I was doing a lot of research. I think there are a lot of options on Viator when it comes to ATV, Zipline and Cenote. I think they all go to this location called "Eco Park", 1.5 hours from Cancun Hotel Zone. I'll go through all details in sequence. We booked the 8am tour. Some background before reading further. Hey you are a tourist and they are a business. They are going to suck as much money out of you as possible and it's their job. It's different than a vacation in US where culture/ideas are different. 1) Pickup. Got a message night before that driver will be there between 8:10 and 8:25am. We read the other review that they were late so we decided to go down to lobby at 8:20am. Guy was there. We got in a van and there were two other people already. So I think it depends on what position of pickup you are in. We were supposed to have 13 people in our van and 3 of them were no shows. The guy went to the hotel, didn't see them, took a video for evidence and left. So make sure you go in the time they say but understand that you will have to wait. The last pickup was around 9:10am so yes those people would've waited at least an hour. 2) Drive there. It was okay. You lose signal when you get inside the park and there's 5 Km of ride which is super bumpy on dirt road (that's where you will ride ATVs). You will also see many other zipline/cenote signs so there are multiple groups/places. 3) When you get to location, they let you use bathroom, walk around etc. They have shops. Will sell you on bandanas for ATV, souvenirs and there's drinks. You can use credit card here. They say 5-10 mins and then we'll get started but that's Mexican Minutes so they make sure you spend as much time and buy something. 4) First activity ATV: this was my first time doing this so can't comment if they were worn out but they didn't look brand new. It took me a bit to get used to as mine stopped three times. It lasted 30-35 mins and i was honestly done after 20 mins. Keep in mind this is VERY bumpy. Your back might hurt. Go slow. Don't try to be zealous. We had one group that crashed into a tree going fast and had to pay $110 penalty. If you are worried, you can buy $5 insurance which is optional to be safe. Have a mask or cover your face because it gets VERY dusty. My throat is scratchy next day. Trick here is to either stay in front of the group with the instructor or way in the back and there's another person that follows you. Middle people can get stuck or stop and instructor's might not notice. If you have back problems, shoulder problems or pregnant, please don't do this. Other groups had helmets but they didn't give us any which I thought was weird. 5) Second activity zipline - I've done it once before but was still a bit scared. Got over it after 1st one. They have 4 ziplines and this lasts about 30-40 mins. They strap you up and you walk to the bridges. You can do tricks if you feel comfortable. The last one they show you how to go upside down which was super cool. 6) Cenote: from the outside, it looked wack and wife was pretty bummed because we saw picks of others online but it was cool. There are many different ones - open cenote like the one in Tulum, large cenote with a waterfall (Cenote Samaal) or Cenote that is in a cave. This was a cave one. You have a hole that you jump into (I think he said 40 ft jump). Do this as this is once in a lifetime opportunity). Don't think, just jump and grab the rope after you come back up in the water. It'll help you get back out. Keep in mind, you get life jackets so my wife who doesn't know how to swim also jumped. Inside the cave, it's pretty cool. There are bats!! Don't be scared tho. They don't harm you if you don't bother them. You have 30 mins for cenote. 7) Lunch - it's misleading in this listing cause it says snacks but it's a lunch. Not fancy btw but three tacos with chicken, rice, vegetables, salsa and onions. Then you have water and hibiscus drink. 8) Closing and Pictures - this is where they make the money. After tour is done, they will come around and say if you have any feedback etc, then ask for a tip. I gave $5 USD. Pictures...they took pictures of us while ATV, zipline, cenote. They recorded video. Once you come back, they quickly organize them in folders and come up to individual groups to show the pics and sell them. It's $150 for the pics. I'm super cheap so I thought that was crazy. My one way flight from the US was that. I was like no way. Plus I didn't have credit card and not enough cash. You can take pics/videos for the cenote portion but not ATV/zipline. If you wanted to do cheap option, you can take pic of yourself on ATV after you're done or have someone take it. You're just gonna sit on it. Same for zipline. You can get your phone after the last zipline and take a pic when on the bridge. But if you are good at negotiating, you can negotiate here. Again, they are a business and will try to sell you this. But if you say no few times, they won't bother you. Then, the drive back to hotel. Overall, great 1st time experience. 4 stars because no helmets for ATV, lunch could've been better and wish they had option to pay for individual pics/videos and not only package. If this is your first time doing any of these, do this!

This was an amazing experience! We got to visit all the best taco shops in downtown Cancun and every stop was delicious. Shoutout to our driver Alex who made sure we got to every stop safe and sound and our guide Adrian who shared so much information on the tacos and local beers. We loved all your recommendations on what to order! Truly a spectacular night!

Called the day before to book. Was a seemless experience through Viator - this was my second time booking through them. You get assigned a random shuttle service; we got Cancun Travel Experience. It's private to you and we paid around $70-$80 with tip (1,550 MX). It showed up on time, the drive was friendly, spoke English, joked with us and got us to the airport as expected. 5 star experience and sorry for those that have late flights and have issues, of course there will be issues if you show up late, what can you expect? Don't clown on the services if it's out of others control. I was satisfied.
