Being able to walk on to the Architecture shoreline river cruise without even needing a reservation. So unexpected!! Now off to the skydeck. Purchasing this pass was the best investment when siteseeing

We all loved the Willis tower at night, Chicago 360 day views, the field and museum of science and industry. The aquarium is nice but very crowded. We’ve been to the aquarium’s in Boston and Atlanta and many zoos. Very disappointing this is the only place they don’t tell you what animals for each show time. We rushed to 10:30 show hoping for dolphins and was a mediocre 1 penguin presentation. The beluga whale show was good.

Wonderful weekend in Chicago!

The Skydeck was amazing, especially standing on the ledge which is included with the base ticket. There are no words to describe the collections at the Art Institute if Chicago. Lastly the architecture tour was a nice way to see Chicago landmarks.

Viator, very poor service!

Very poor service. After purchasing the city pass through Viator, I was able to access it the first day, but the second day of the pass, which should have been available for 9 days, it was not available. I called customer service and the issue was not resolved. I requested my money back and it was refused. Very poor!!

Lackluster Experience

I was able to check out the Willis tower as well as 360 Chicago. Unfortunately, one of the workers at 360 Chicago was having a bad day and decided to make me wait 30 min in line for a drink. I’m patient but when I got to the front of the line she made me go to the back of the line because apparently my ticket wasn’t valid. She then ignored me and told me to “f*** off” when I asked her why I have to wait in line again.

would like for it to be more than 9 days! Sometimes you can't get it all done in 9 days. For example I bought this because we had a friend come from Chile and we thought it would help us save time. At the shedd we still had to stand in line like we were getting tickets.

Strongly advise getting CityPASS, it’s a great value, but just do not do so via Viator. It is considered a third party app, it was a big hassle to get into every museum, event, etc. We had to open the original email every time rather than just show a code from the app.

Great excursion with my daughter. Line was fast and staff was polite. Coming from Florida, this was definitely amazing to see the old historic buildings and the new ones. Plus, you get an idea of just how massive Lake Michigan actually is.

Value of city pass is incredible. We were able to see a lot of great sights and had great experiences at most places. One negative is that I ordered tickets for Adler planetarium, received confirmation from Adler only to arrive at a CLOSED Adler planetarium. Not sure why I was able to order tickets when it was not open
