Went on a Monday night and was nowhere near full. Staff attentive and food fine. Thought DJ could have made more of an effort to create an atmosphere as it was quite flat and no real interaction Was bland in mentioning groups of people rather than specific persons/groups. Livened up in last 20 mins when if livlier music was played people would have filled the floor earlier

It was a really good experience in the end I’m glad I was able to go. For the money it was not worth it though, a lot of the staff was inexperienced and wasn’t sure where my table was and once they found it it wasn’t prepared at all so they had to seat us at the bar for 10 min until they got our table situated and I’m not even 21 they did not seem prepared at all or trained well enough and for the premium price I paid it didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth. The food was alright nothing special the salmon we got wasn’t season well at all but it didn’t taste bad

Went here before but never again !!!
Missed deadline due to traffic called(40min before deadline ) in to request 5 min wait and when I got there more couples had the same problem because I-57 had a major traffic jam. I was stuck for a full 30 min in dead traffic … captain didn’t care we all requested he simply said NO they were still docked in … he didn’t care that had already taken the money

This was a unique experience. We had some issues with trying to figure out where to board as there are several ships with the same name. Luckily every time I asked for directions from the ticket agents they were very accommodating. The crew and serving staff were very informative and never ignored us. The food value was not what I was expecting for 200+ per person. You have choices of 3 for each course but it is nothing top of the line by any means. My chicken was tough and red by the bone. Server did apologize but nothing was offered. The room temperature was cold. Everyone was wearing jackets. Nothing could be done about that either. Do not expect this to be a guided tour of the landmarks that the ship passes. They point out nothing if that is what you are hoping for. The entertainment was fantastic! The DJ was awesome! The views and photo ops were beautiful! Onboarding and off boarding is quite streamlined and not bothersome. Overall the experience was great!

Getting on the boat getting seated at a lovely window seating for two. It was all very romantic. The food was ok. The bisque was spectacular. The reason for 3 stars. I was told after 20 min that the 45 oz margarita for two was not avail. So I got us two classic margaritas. I then ordered 2 island drinks and then two rum drinks. 34 for the classic.34 for the island and 40 for the rum. We got our bill and they charged us the 50 for the drink that was not avail and 44 for the drinks that should have been 34. When I told this to the girl she stated I have to get manager. She knew she didn’t give us the 50 dollar drink and still charged us. My husband got very upset and just paid for the drinks. 220 dollars. We will never go on another one of these cruises. The music was AWFUL.
