All though 60 seconds isn't enough time if you are in big group, its just right for a couple to do.
Stepping out on the deck is not for the faint of heart, if you are afraid of heights you may hyperventilate.
Long queues in general line, poor assistance from staff— recommend Fast Track especially if you have mobility issues or back problems

When I purchased the tickets it said “skip the line.” Not true they are $30- for $44- I feel we got ripped off! Not happy with this tour.

Buy your tix directly from Willis tour. This website cost me more to bring my family. Little disappointing I didn’t do more research. Will Never book with this company again/ there was no extra value or benfits.

Great experience, but very long lines to wait in. Especially, for a Tuesday night. Glad I went, but once is enough. Be prepared to stand in lines for about an hour, in order to stand on the glass-floored deck for 60 seconds.

Our group arrived and realized there would be zero visibility due to the weather. Some were able to get refunded but two of us had bought our tickets through a third party and couldn’t get a refund. I wish they would change policy on that. I recommend the experience of visiting Skydeck, not the experience of buying through a third party.

Amazing views of the city! We went at sunset and it was a great experience. Just make sure you realize it takes about 30 min to get to the viewing decks from the time you arrive. Just takes time to move people safely with COVID precautions and up the elevators.

It had great views on a lovely day however you got 20 seconds on platform allowed after queuing for over two hours in the early morning. Then long queue to get back down again. Consider Fast track, skip the ticket office ticket made no difference
