A:We are located at 400 N Michigan Avenue at the historic Wrigley Building. Wendella has four dock locations that extend west from the Michigan Avenue (DuSable) Bridge to Wabash Avenue.

Beautiful way to see the architecture of Chicago. Zach did an excellent job with narration. Lots of information and fun historical stories. The boat was clean and the upper deck provided excellent viewing.

Excellent guide on a beautiful Chicago afternoon. One note of caution, no way to get to the embarkation dock without walking down several flights of stairs. For debarkation there is an elevator available, though its location is not well marked. (Debarkation is at a slightly different point on the river, though quite near to the embarkation point. However no walkway between the two docks.)
You need to book this trip.

Excellent tour by Wendell’s of the Chicago architecture as seen by river and lake.
Guide very well versed in history of the buildings and company was top notch.
Extra treat was watching the boat pass through the lock from river to Lake Michigan.

The boat ride was excellent -- saw so much amazing architecture and there was lots of interesting information. The ride was packed so we couldn't sit on the top deck to get the best views, which was kind of disappointing. Being on the lower deck also made it a little harder to hear the tour guide clearly. Because of this, I couldn't give it 5 stars. Otherwise, I highly recommend this tour.
