I recommend arriving early and communicating well if you go with a family or small group as coordinators do not make attempts to seat groups together unless requested.
The tour started late and ended early and the tour was not worth the price.
If you are a regular visitor in the city, I’m not sure it’s worth the cost.

I love ghost tours! It's a great way to get a feel for the area and learn some living history with local mythos. I try to do one in every haunted city I visit, and it's always a favorite memories for my fiance and my from our vacations. The only reason I gave this one a lower rating was because they don't restrict younger passengers. The later hour and murderous subject matter is not suitable for children under 12. Our ride had a mother with two younger children who were loud, rude and unruly for the duration of the tour and it made it unpleasant and difficult to pay attention to the story telling. The mother had her nose in her phone for the entire experience and didn't pay attention to her children or the stories. I don't know why she bothered. Twice she slapped the kids hard but didn't once try to actually be a parent. I paid $240 for myself, my fiance and two 20 year old children to do this excursion and it was pretty much ruined. I feel like the carriage driver could have said something to the mother but he didn't. It was very upsetting. We did mostly hear some great stories and we get got a great tour of the French Quarter. Checking in was easy and the mules are well cared for.

The Carriage ride was great! It is a little bumpy on those streets. Our driver, narrator really Knows his history. Its only 1 hour. This is not long enough. He talked nonstop without a breath. Seriously for an.hour. No one could even ask a question or get a picture. I was disappointed.

We decided to book this tour for our first night in New Orleans to get a feel for the town and the layout. It was a great tour, our guide was a wonderful story teller and funny. She gave us some cool tips on places to go and things to see while we were in town. I would absolutely recommend this for first timers to the city. It is a little pricey for what it is, but then again, it is a very small group tour, so overall I would say it was worth it.

KJ was a greatt tour guide and so was Patsy the mule. KJ was very informative and gave us a great run down on the history of New Orleans, the French Quarters, Voodoo and which buildings were haunted and why. He brought us to film sites that were used in The Originals, American Horror Stories, showed us Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s old house and others. I highly recommend.

Great haunted carriage ride. Loved all of the information given to us by the guide. It was a little bit difficult for us to hear everything that he was saying as we were sitting in the back of the carriage. Would’ve been great if you had a small microphone.
Not worth the money

I was excited for the experience, until our tour guide was extremely rude. The experience may have been better with a different tour guide. We didn't even finish the tour. We got off. First of all, the tour guide sounded like he was reading a script. There was no voice inflation or excitement. He was talking fast and didn't respond when we had questions. He asked if we could stop talking to each other. Which I could almost understand if we were being a distraction, but we are paying costumers and should be able to talk with each other about the tour. Every tour I've been on in any city the tour guide engages and encourages commentary with the guests. But what really messed everything up was when he said "yall weren't going to tip anyway". It was rude, racist, and unprofessional. We also called the company as we got off the tour, cause like I said we didn't even finish the tour. The guy told me he would call back after he talked to the tour guide. I have not heard back yet. 0/10

It was a very nice tour and comfortable seats. I'd recommend this one over the adults only ghost tour that we did before it. It covered pretty much the same stuff and the carriage tour was more enjoyable
