Ok tour. Cool to see the burial chambers. Not worth $100 to take my family, though. Underwhelming, but I did appreciate the tents they set up for shade.

Would have liked to be able to explore the cemetery on our own for 15 minutes. The guide was very nice but we didn’t get a lot of info other than how to tell a wealthy persons tomb versus a poor persons perpetual care package is a good deal.

The tour was enjoyable. Our guide Ron was very knowledgeable, and he kept it interesting. Seeing Marie Leveau's and Nicholas Cage's graves were the highlight, but Ron told us a lot about the different styles of burial, and the history of the cemetery.

At first I was hesitant to schedule this tour as it seemed a bit morbid. However, a few friends insisted that I take the tour and it was well worth it to learn about this unique aspect of life in New Orleans.

Our tour guide Will , was fun and engaging. One of the few tour guides we have had no matter where we travel that talks with a clear voice and mixes in stories of local history with the cemetery 🪦 history. A local landmark with local treasure , thank you Will.

It was a very interesting experience with a guide who knew his history, dates, and details about the place and its graves. He was also entertaining and approachable, and he answered questions in an accommodating manner. He was eminently capable of relating the graves to movies and popular culture. The drawback was that it was a very short tour (45 minutes), and it felt too rushed to be relaxing in spite of the invitation to take pictures. We enjoyed ourselves and for that reason would have liked more time.

The burial process. The shelving, and all of the steps before reaching their final resting place, was beyond interesting! I enjoyed the history behind some of the older graves. Our tour guide was exceptional!

Charles was an interesting and informative guide. We were early but missed that you need an actual paper copy before the tour. Charles mentioned on the walk to the cemetery but took a while to check in and do so before the tour. Overall entertaining and interesting history of the cemetary

Thunderstorms made it unsafe to tour, I tried to cancel (booked this specific tour because there was no cancelation fee and you could cancel at any time) and I was still charged the $50. Feeling mislead by the advertisement!

Tour guide was very scripted; not awful, but definitely had specific details he recited. Be aware you will not be able to explore on your own - the tour group must stay together. They have a couple tents at certain areas to provide shade - it can get very hot. Overall, nice tour.
