it was cool to see the desert up close. A little bit more of challenging terrain would of been a little better, but overall, it was a good ride. The guide Alejandro was excellent. His commentary and "DAM" Jokes made the trip very entertaining.

Operator postponed start one hour, but we did not get the message (Danish phone number). Uncomfortable 1hr ride to the site and back. 14 passengers seems to be a bit too many for a little “bus”. Nice guide who had rehearsed his jokes many times😉 Ok ATVs. Patient personnel and nice weather 😊

Great drive out to the ATV trail. Wish the trail was longer. And more scenic. And would be nice to go to a scenic spot on the ATV instead of just seeing sights from a long distance.

Worst RTV service book with other local group.

The worst experience I ever had with any other tour groups. We spent half of the day in the sun and did not get to ride . We were given RTV for less than 5. minute just to tell we could not ride. We did not clash we were driving smoothly. The guy behind me crashed in to my RTV still I got kicked out. There were 3 other people who got kicked out . I do not know there was racism or something else the guide was not even telling me what I did wrong and kicked me instead of the guy who was behind me . In the evening I booked with other people again as I was quiet upset over my day being spoiled. I had a lot of fun with them and Drove RTV for an hour smoothly.

The tour is great. Nice bikes and a great desert trail. Even if it's hot out, there is a breeze while riding making it really comfortable. Our tour guide Jose was polite and knowledgeable. The drive over is a bit long but comfortable and well worth it. And there's plenty to see along the way.

We had instructor Des and she was honestly so cool and down to earth it made learning the basics prior to our ride very easy. On the trail she gave enough space for folks to go at their own desired pace and made sure everyone was having fun every step of the way!

Robert was our tour guide. I really appreciated his vivid attention to safety. I would suggest giving the waivers and payment of booking and some paper ahead of time or have an additional person to assist. In my tour there was some logistics with another party that caused delay. This shortened the trail time. Overall, it was great tour and booking was simple. Robert was very good. Vivid, funny and seemed to enjoy his time as a tour guide.

our guide chase was great. we did ride in a line, but we didnt go slow... it was a fun experience. i will say once you book through viator, make sure you call the actual company to make sure that you are confirmed for the time slot you chose.

Bad communication: Didn’t sufficiently notify me of a 90 minute time change. ATV trip was great though!

Cons: bad communication. I booked the 6am tour and arrived at the pick up spot 5:55. No one was there. I waited until 6:15, called and emailed the company with no response. Around 6:45 they emailed me saying they tried to call me yesterday to tell me my meet up time was 7:30 instead, so thankfully I didn’t leave the area and headed back. As a foreign traveller (I’m from Canada) my phone line was turned off in the US. I imagine many foreign tourists turn off their data plans coming to the US because we’d be charged like crazy for roaming. Also when I turned my phone line back on, I did not see a missed text from them. As a tour operator, it seemed really insufficient that they only called/texted me and not emailed me to notify me of the time change in advance (they have my email). Again - many tourists are from outside the country and cannot use our phones. A 90 minute time change is also very inconvenient if I for example had another show or flight booked for this afternoon. Pros: tour guide (Des) was fun, energetic, and knowledgeable. ATVs we’re easy to use, trail was awesome as well.

Viator is a 3rd party. They don't have up to date availability. We actually missed out on this tour that WE PAID FOR through Viator. The company called us back later and told us it was sold out. They wouldn't refund us but They replaced it with a shorter tour for the same price. It was not an equal value, only 2 hrs long. Book directly with the company if you want this tour.

This was kinda fun trip! Chase was an amazing tour guide and very insightful! I just wish the trip was longer it said it was suppose to be like an hour and a half but it was only like 30 minutes… and we couldn’t do any of the other fun stuff we were offered because there was another group waiting, also I paid extra for 8am but we didn’t meat until 10am.. they said the time is general when you pick so they charge you $50 extra for each time , 6am 250 8am 300 10am 350 ect ect, but even if you pick 6am it was still be at a later time.. so you pay extra for nothing… also, then van didn’t fit Everyone properly there was a small argument over seating on the way back.. so it was fun driving through the desert for a little but not for the hour there and the hour and a half back …. Kinda felt a little cheated..

Slow unsafe setup

The ride was slow and you had to ride in a line the whole time. Supposed to use hand signals to insure no one gets hurt or crashes. They tell you to drive one atv ahead for reaction time. Went up a hill and the entire line stopped. No hand signals and a couple people almost crashed but I ran into the back of my fiancé. Cracked the taillight lens. Just the lens. You couldn’t even tell just by looking at it. The taillight was still in tact and fully functional but we were charged $125. Not even half for just the cover. Apparently the whole thing had to be replaced, which we know they aren’t going to do. They explain the cost so we had no problems paying if we actually broke the light but we didn’t. I’d honestly never go again or recommend it to anyone that actually rides atvs and does trail rides.
