Overview

In order to maximize your time at the Grand Canyon, we pick up from SELECT hotels on or near the Strip and Downtown. The pickup location you will enter will be used as reference so we could assign you to the closest pickup point from the hotel or address where you are staying. You may be asked to walk to a property adjacent to your hotel to minimize pickup spots in order to begin the tour as quickly as possible. Pickup times are scheduled between 5:00AM and 6:00AM depending on your assigned pickup location. Complete pickup details will be sent to you on the day before your tour, on or before 8PM.

Have to highly recommended this trip. Our tour guide Jim was friendly, very informative, made the tour interesting. We got to see the Hoover Dam which was just as we imagined. The Joshua tree forest and the Grand Canyon which was amazing. You have to see it in person to appreciate the full expanse of the place. The Skywalk was a once in a life time experience for us, especially as my husband is afraid of heights but managed to get around the edge ok. The views from here are majestic and a very spiritual place to be. A deli style lunch was provided which was very good.

Wonderful tour guide Layla and bus driver Nelson. Unfortunately our bus broke down and we had to wait quite a while for a replacement but our guide and driver made it as bearable as possible and were able to cover everything we were supposed to see. The skywalk is magnificent if you’re going to west rim you have to do the skywalk

So excited for this trip for our family. We woke up very early and took an Uber to the Horseshoe Hotel. The driver picked up more people at the Excalibur. We had a total of 76 people for 1 tour guide in a double decker. Although we received a text regarding the ac in the bus, it was really cold. Then when we got to Dolan Springs at 8:30 the bus broke done. Seriously, why didn’t they service bus? We had to wait 4 hours in a gas station for 2 busses. It’s very inconvenient to wait at a gas station for 4 hours.! We finally left Dolan Springs at around 12:30 pm. Overall we’re happy because we still go to see the Grand Canyon. The drivers and tour guides great but the bus company is horrible. Also, they’re suppose to refund us for the walking tour. Let’s see what happens.

Our guide, Brandon, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and informative. He took time to take photos for each tour member and knew where to go for the best views of the canyon. The trip was well worth it; the only disappointment was the sky walk at the canyon is a waste of money. In addition, they do not even allow you to take pictures on the sky walk. Instead, they have several people that will take your picture, for a price, of course, and, frankly, there are several spots that offer just as good, if not better views than the one from the sky walk.

Day got off to a slow start with unexpected break down but overall fantastic experience with visit to Grand Canyon, and a quick look at Hoover Dam on the way home. Nothing can prepare you for how spectacular the views of the Grand Canyon truly are, myself and my nephew thoroughly enjoyed it! Leila was a fantastic host and really made our day; she was incredibly hospitable, informative, funny, and so helpful with taking pictures of us all. We also met some amazing people from all over the World which was nice. Only down sides were my gluten free meal not great at all, and no breakfast option for my dietary needs, so next time I’d take my own food. Thanks again, Melissa, UK

We were all excited until the bus broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the desert. We were told another bus will come or it will get fixed. Then luckily a mechanic who was a guest on the bus helped assist in getting the serpentine belt on to get to The nearest gas station. Then we were told bud will come in 1 hour or 2 it ended up being about 3 hours and 2 buses came. Pre checks should be done by the bus company. Tour company should consider hiring another bus service

Gia (guide) and Caleb (driver) are the BEST! My husband and I did Grand Canyon West Rim & Hoover Dam tour. We packed so much into one day. We saw so many beautiful sights and got to learn a lot about the construction and history of the Hoover Dam. Highly recommend for couples, groups, and singles!

We toured with Grand Canyon Destinations and our Guide Tour (Gia) and the driver were amazing but the bus didn’t have controlled temperature so the strong air conditioning wasn’t very pleasant even with a jacket (also don’t buy the extra breakfast or dinner, not worth it!!) but they tried their best to make our experience unique and we loved the view from both Eagle Point and Guano Point.

The headline of the tour read as if the skywalk was included . It wasnt , also it stated hoover dam . We stopped there for 5 minutes for a pic . The guided tour was also extra . Total up sale on everything . Would not recommend .

Brandon was a fabulous photographer. Highly reccomend adding the guided tour as well The only thing I did not enjoy was the food. The optional breakfast was cold and overpriced, lunch was very bland and I think the dinner stop really could be skipped . There are so many good dining options in las vegas, why would one stop to eat at a restaurant attached to a hotel 30 min outside the city? Also didn't like we had to.cardy our cold cut sandwhiches for hours on the bus without being refrigerated. The lunch mwat was warm by noon. Overall good trip but terrible food.

Wonderful nature! Hidden extras as the guided tour, but worth it. Extra stops in gas station and the diner at the end not necessarily, because we love to spend more time in the canyon and at the hoover dam. Especially at hoover dam, the visit inside would be a great idee! Now we got a rush feeling, not relaxed... The pickup changed to a hotel 15min away, so it became a very early day... And a very late return.

Breathtaking tour! Brandon and Nelson are an amazing duo. Brandon was very knowledgeable about Vegas, the Hoover Dam, and the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Nelson is a PHENOMENAL driver, he was also very knowledgeable of the areas we visited and made sure that we were safe going to our destinations. Overall this was a great tour! Only thing my family and I would’ve changed was skipping the dinner stop so everyone could get back to their respective locations on the strip a little earlier.

We booked this trip from being in the UK. The trip was along day with visiting the Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam and was well worth the money we paid. Our seats wasn’t the best to eat our meals on our laps, we didn’t have any table seats. The guide was okay.

This was a great tour! Brandon and Nelson were an awesome duo! Our tour was on time at every stop. I would say the hot breakfast is mediocre, but it’s super convenient since the tour leaves so early. Also be sure not to plan anything until 8 PM at the earliest, it takes longer to get back than you might think!

I would gave it a 5 star but because the food wasn’t inclusive, I gave it a 4 star. I only ate kosher but unfortunately there wasn’t any. But other than the that, everything is wonderful. The tour guide was really friendly and helpful and knows how to crack a joke.

This trip was well organized. They start the trip by confirming and gathering breakfast and lunch orders a day or two before. The bus came on time for pick up at the Excalibur. We was met by Gia who is an amazing amazing tour guide. she’s very personable, friendly, passionate about what she does and just brings the excitement. It takes a lot to keep people invested for a long tour bus ride from Vegas to the Grand Canyon and she absolutely managed to do that with facts, details and fun activities throughout the trip. The driver was also great and personable, he kept us safe and drove really responsibly as well. Everything from start to finish was perfect and as a solo traveler i felt comfortable and safe here. Well recommended and worth it.

Our tour guide and driver (Gia and Karon) were super! They were very friendly and personable. Gia really made the long ride seem short coz she was very entertaining. The only downside for me was the food. Bring your own lunch and breakfast if you want something good. $15 for a few pieces of potatoes and tofu scramble was disappointing. The veggie deli for lunch was only a wrapped tomato, onions and a little hummus. That was disappointing, too.
