Dirk was our tour guide, He did a great job considering how much driving was involved. The scenery was beautiful, Dirk put in a couple movies to help pass the time, but it is a long tour almost 14 hrs. Boxed lunch provides was decent.

Bryce Canyon was beautiful. The drive was very scenic. The driver side of the bus has the best photo ops. The drive to Zion was better than the time at Zion. There wasn’t enough time to really do anything but visit the information center. Fiona and Thomas were great. Bus DVD didn’t work and none of the power outlets worked but I had brought a portable charger so I was fine.

Excellent day trip! You stay approx 1 hour in each park, enough for a short hike. It is a taste of the park , but the tour is definitely worthy. Applause to Down driving skills and Fiona our tour guide.

Review rating is not really about the tour but the company itself. While tours sponsored by Viator are good and the guides are knowledgeable, BEWARE of their credit promotion offered after each tour. Being overly efficient, I booked 3 tours all at the same time for our planned vacation. After each tour we were notified we were eligible for a $ credit and it would automatically be applied to our next booking. They will not honor my credit because I booked all 3 at the same time. I was told after the first tour I should have canceled the 2nd tour and rebooked it to get the credit from the 1st tour. This is crazy and I cannot recommend a company that feels this is a just way to treat a repeat customer. Try and find the same tour offered but through another company.

Both places were awesome, hard to choose a favorite. Bryce Canyon was beautiful beyond words, as was Zion. Wish we would have been able to spend more time at each but understand The box lunch was very good and fresh. Fiona and Dawn did great keeping us on time and appreciate getting back earlier than expected

The tour was timed well for stops to get out and stretch our legs and use the rest rooms. After an hour or so the bus seats became really uncomfortable. We happy to finish our ride.

The views from both the top of Bryce as well as from the bottom were amazing! And those at Zion unforgettable. Wayne was so informative and kept everyone on the go. From the timeline to the sights, the ride as well as lunch and snacks, it was one to remember.

I booked this trip because the itinerary mentioned starting from Zion to Bryce. I had planned to stay at Bryce to spend more time there. When I got on the bus, the driver said he was actually going from Bryce to Zion, which meant I would only see Bryce. No point for me to pay extra...I could have gotten a shuttle from Las Vegas directly to Bryce, which is cheaper. Now, the fact that he went to Bryce first meant I had to checked in the hotel early, which was not possible (and they didn't have place to store my luggage!). So, I ended up having to switch hotels so I can have a place to store my luggage but to do that I would have to leave the park itself, but since the tour did not provide me a ticket, I would not be able to go back in. Therefore, I had to buy an additional ticket (the ticket is included with the tour) to eventually get back in. Honestly, one guy's decision made my situation a HOT mess. Also, there are two other travelers who were in the same position. They should stick with the itinerary.

Wayne was a great driver and tour guide! he was very knowledgeable and I give him so much credit for learning all these facts despite English being his second language. There were two white old ladies in their 70s on the tour bus who were very rude to him and mocking him due to his English, but Wayne was incredible! Keep doing great work!!!!

I would really say a 4.5. The only complaint I would have is that the bus was not identified in the morning or ahead of time do we did not clearly know if it was the correct bus. Bottled water was available at all times. The trip included a box lunch and my Turkey sandwich lunch was one of the best box lunches I have ever had. The driver was friendly & helpful. Sometimes he was difficult to understand but this could have been the mic & not the accent. The beauty of Bryce Canyon & Zion was astounding. Definitely recommend this trip if you don’t want to drive it yourself!

Dirk was both driver and guide. He was just right in informing us and the drive. He became exceptional when engine problems surface on way back. He nursed the bus back. Thankfully it was downhill coming back. Nice to have skilled bus operator.

We enjoyed walking the trails at Bryce Canyon. The view from the look out areas was amazing. Unfortunately, we were pushed for time, could have spent hours looking at the fabulous sights there. A must to experience.
