The 9/11 Memorial at the WTC was an outstanding and very moving experience. The visit to Central Park West and the John Lennon memorial gardens at Strawberry Fields was also a very interesting element of the tour. Aside from the traffic gridlocks, the whole tour was great VFM! Thank you!

What experience!! Your guided tour misdirected us! We had are tickets scanned from numerous USa ticket agents and they all kept telling us go to different tour busses and the last agent sent us back to the orginal one that said we missed it yet they told us that this wasn't right one to begin They would not reschedule us and wouldn't refund either! Royally upset at them and that's being politically correct.

This is good for those who doesn't like to walk around and see the attractions from bus. My experience was average. Mostly you would be seeing attractions from the enclosed travel bus. Even the places where they stop by, we won't get to see much. Mostly my experience wasn't good because of the tour guide Kevin. This man kept telling sob story about himself and made my vacation mood bitter. He keeps talking and want attention to him which result in missing places to see by your own eyes. For those who likes to walk, I would rather recommend to use subway and visit places you like by yourself.

Great overview of NYC and awesome tour guide

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the air conditioning on our bus was not working, and it was a half hour late. However, they did offer us a refund which was unexpected and much appreciated! The tour itself was very good, except we couldn't go into Central Park due to a parade that day. Our tour guide, Gil, was excellent and provided a ton of information along the way. We had plenty of time at each stop to walk around. Lunch was later than expected (2pm) but that could be due to the bus issues. The ferry ride was great, and 9-11 memorial was very moving. I feel like this was an excellent way to see the major sites without having to navigate the subway ourselves, it saved a lot of time. Gil offered to take group pictures which we appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour!

This tour was great. Our tour guide, Kevin Phinney, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and humorous. We first got on our bus and went on our way towards the Dakota. Once we arrived, we stepped off the bus and we’re taken through Strawberry Fields. We stopped where we could see the Bow bridge from afar. We got back on the bus and we’re taking down through Manhatten. We stopped at the original location of Madison Square Garden where you could see the Empire State and Flatiron building. We stopped at Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s cathedral. We had plenty of time for lunch with plenty of options. We stopped at the Westfield World Trade Center for lunch and had forty minutes to do so. We had lunch in the food court so as I said, you had plenty of options. After lunch we walked down to the 9/11 memorial, where you are filled with awe at the sight of each individuals name surrounding the pool and by the events of what happened on that fateful day. Lastly, we took the Staten Island Ferry across the New York Bay with plenty of photo opportunities of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Manhatten. We also had plenty of bathroom breaks so you didn’t have to worry about that. Also, I must applaud our bus driver who got us through New York traffic without a problem. Once again, this tour was excellent and the tour guide was phenomenal, and the bus driver was great! I would highly recommend this trip for anyone who has never been to New York or someone who would like to take a relaxing tour of some of New York’s highlights.

We had a great time on our tour of New York City yesterday! We got to see the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, etc. Our tour guide was amazing, funny, & he was very knowledgeable about everything he was telling us. I would recommend this tour to anyone who comes to visit New York! FYI, the tour is not all walking.. I promise. Your on the bus half the time riding around looking at different sites, then we got out at a lot of places & walked around for a little bit before we headed back to the bus for the next site. Greatest Tour in New York!!

first time in NY and thought a tour would be the best way to get a understanding of the city We were so pleased with the the knowledge of the guide and the driving skills of the driver I have already recommended this tour to a couple of friends We did have a couple of elders with mobility issues maybe they should of been able to sit near the front of the bus instead of the back

As our time was limited was great that tour took in all the main sights. Gil was excellent in his commentary and instructions - really knew his stuff. Driver Carlos was also great. Only downside - we had booked open top or glass roofed bus 5 months before trip. 5 days before trip got email to say due to safety recall had to change to closed top bus. This really changed the experience we had as would have been lovely to look up at all the buildings. Did receive a part refund for not having open top bus but money couldn't really make up for it.
